Match results are out but my bet ticket is still pending settlement
Bet settlements are processed as quickly as possible and as soon as the results are available. We aim to settle all bets within an hour of event completion and In-Play bets during the event, where the result is available. In some instances, there may be a slight delay whilst we wait for confirmation of the results.
Note: If your bet is still pending after the above mentioned time, please contact us directly and provide us with the following information:
- Username
- Bet Ticket ID
Our customer service representative will then assist to check on your bet ticket.
Sportsbook minimum and maximum betting limits
The minimum bet for GO Sports starts from $1 USD / 25,000 VND.
Maximum betting limits are determined individually based on events and it usually ranges from $120 to $15,000 USD / 3.5 mil to 300 mil VND
Why was my bet voided / cancelled / rejected?
A bet can be cancelled for various reasons, such as a mistake in the odds, the event being postponed/cancelled, technical issues, duplicate bets, inability to confirm the end result of an event, and others.
If your bet is voided / cancelled / rejected, your stake will be refunded, which means that, while you won’t win any money from it, you aren’t losing any money either.
Incorrect or missing credit balances
There might be instances where your game credits remain on a third party game provider's platform and does not get automatically returned to your main game balance. To resolve this, simply relaunch the last game you were on and then quit the game properly.

Where can I find my betting history?
Step 1: Login into your game account and click on the user icon located at the top right corner (for desktop/pc) or at the bottom right corner (for mobile/app).
Step 2: For desktop/pc, select "History" located on the left navigation menu. For mobile/app, select "Betting History" located at the middle left of the screen under services.
